Clients cannot terminate the contract until the first full monthly payment has been made.

If payment is missed or delayed beyond the due date, a late payment interest of 2% per day will be added to the outstanding balance.
Refunds are not provided for completed strategy sessions, digital setup, or partially rendered services.
6. International Clients & Currency
Arscales serves clients globally.
All payments must be made in either United States Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP).
Currency exchange rates and conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
Invoices and pricing will be clearly stated in either USD or GBP based on client location and agreement.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the service or as required by law.
